PROGRAMS
The Delta Sigma Boulé Foundation supports an initiative that is a partnership between Delta Sigma Boulé and Homewood-Flossmoor High School.
The VICTORS Male Leadership program provides young men with opportunities for personal, social, academic, and professional growth in an environment conducive to learning, enrichment, and leadership cultivation. The VICTORS program exposes and empowers each participant with transferable skills to be used throughout their high school experience and beyond.
Mentoring
- Address personal skills such as integrity, personal drive, courage.
- Address interpersonal skills such as communication, relationship building.
- Peer to peer mentoring.
- Promote academic achievement-promote reading.
- Stay engaged by reviewing periodic assessments and reports of groups and Individuals.
Career Exploration
Expose students to career choices of our membership
Provide internships where possible
Speaker Series
Students and parents hear from accomplished professionals.
Scholarships
The special Frederick J. Carter Scholarship is awarded to African American males who demonstrate academic excellence, community service and dynamic leadership.
